As and when required, survey reports can be developed into building contracts either as Schedules of Works or as Performance Specifications and, if required after the contracts have been let, Pivotal Services also assist in the contract management as relating to building services.

  • Data and telecom distribution systems
  • Fire alarms and fire detection installations.
  • Lightning protection.
  • Lifts and other vertical transportation systems.
  • Due diligence pre-acquisition reports on buildings being bought as freehold (or head leasehold) for investment purposes.
  • Due diligence pre-acquisition reports on buildings being bought as freehold (or head leasehold) for investment and occupational purposes.
  • Due diligence pre-acquisition reports on buildings where a lease is being purchased, for part or all the building, for occupational purposes.
  • Lease termination (or interim) schedules of dilapidations.
